GOOD NEWS for homeowners wanting to extend 👍

A scheme has been in place for a number of years allowing homeowners to extend their property to the rear, up to 8 metres for detached properties and up to 6 metres for terraced and semi-detached properties (other restrictions apply). Think what you can do with an extra 6 metres!
