Bourne Road

A feasibility study for the redevelopment of farmland for residential use.

The existing neighbouring properties along Bourne Road are typically single storey bungalows and so the design replicates this pattern for the properties fronting the site. A further two rows of properties behind are two and three stories in height, which offers a mix of dwelling types.

We ascertained the potential for 6 three-bedroom bungalows, 6 three-bedroom houses, 3 two-bedroom houses and 9 three-storey townhouses.
